In the recruitment process, candidates are evaluated solely on their ability to fully meet the requirements of the role, without any form of discrimination.

The recruitment process takes place in three stages. First, human resources specialists assess candidates’ alignment with the core competencies of Vanucci and the position through competency-based interviews. Candidates who are successful in these interviews are then interviewed by the managers of the position to be filled. Based on the overall evaluations, suitable candidates are offered a job by the company, and if the candidate accepts, the hiring is completed.

Taking into account both job targets and personal competency targets, evaluations are conducted at least once a year. Start Your Career Journey at Vanucci
Applications for summer internships are accepted between April 1 and April 30 through the Internship Application Form. After the interviews, depending on available positions and departmental needs, internship opportunities are provided in areas aligned with the candidates’ fields of study.

Internship applications are responded to within two weeks following the application period. The performance management system is also applied to interns, and information about high-performing interns is retained to be considered for future job openings.
